The three MiniVillas, two Bungalows, and the two Casitas are currently one bedroom. Should you desire larger accommodations, a remodel is easy to do, the units can be converted to 2- and 3-bedroom condos.

All the condos have an open-air kitchen/living/dining room. The bedrooms and bath have air conditioning. Because Casa de La Sirena is located on the beach, there is always an ocean breeze and A/C is rarely needed. All our condominiums are spacious, beautiful and elegant.

Our property is the perfect balance between casual barefoot chic and elegant luxury. Use of the common areas, including lighted paths through our mature tropical gardens, the yoga platform, private beach, and large pool, are included in the condo purchase. Comfortable padded lounge chairs surround the large pool for your enjoyment, and a swim-up bar, poolside bathroom, outdoor shower, poolside wet bar and gas BBQ are included for use by condo owners. Our beach area, complete with lounge chairs shaded by maintained palapas, is exclusively for use by condo owners and guests.

Guests especially appreciate the yoga platform. Made from local hardwoods, designed and built by local craftsmen, it is surrounded by lush mature gardens and palm trees to offer a truly serene and exceptional experience.

Five full-time staff people maintain and clean the grounds daily, so Casa de La Sirena is always beautiful and spotless.

Should you decide to offset your investment by renting your unit when you are not in occupancy, the current management team (and original owners/builders) is available to make this an easy and transparent arrangement for you.
